ABOUT
Meet Adrienne
I believe meaningful conversation helps us better understand ourselves, clarify what matters most, and reconnect with the values that guide our choices.
What I believe
Why Meaningful Conversation Matters
My Journey
Finding My Way Back to Myself
A moment when things no longer felt aligned.
There was a point in my life when I realized I had been pulled in many directions, caring for family, managing responsibilities, and keeping life moving forward for everyone around me.
I had become the glue holding everything together. From the outside, life looked full. But inside, something no longer felt aligned.
I was so focused on taking care of everything and everyone else that I had started to lose sight of myself in the process.
What I began to understand.
It wasn’t one dramatic moment that changed things. It was reflection and conversation that helped me see more clearly.
I began noticing the patterns I had carried for years, ways of responding, taking responsibility, and holding everything together that had once served me well.
Over time, I came to understand these were adaptive patterns learned ways of coping shaped by expectations, experiences, and the roles I had taken on along the way.
And I began to see how easily those patterns can distance us from ourselves, our relationships, and what matters most.
What started to shift.

A Little More About Me
Family & Fun
Outside of my work, family is at the centre of my life. Raising four daughters has taught me some of the greatest lessons about patience, responsibility, and what really matters.
Being part of a blended family with my husband Bob has taught me that we don’t have to share the same DNA to feel like family. Belonging is something we build, through trust, understanding, and showing up for one another.
I’m also a grandmother who loves to stay active, have fun, share good conversation, and enjoy a glass of wine with the people I care about most.
Over time, I’ve also come to feel a deep sense of calling in the work I do. My faith keeps me grounded and reminds me to stay open, listen closely, and trust that there is purpose in the paths we’re given, even when we don’t fully understand them yet.
